      image Yesterday, I was greeted by and helped by Mitch, who worked with my old phone because I was struggling with the internal storage. I ended up getting a new phone as the old one was dying. Mitch set up my new phone and started transferring my information, but I needed to delete some things from old phone first. Today I went back and Mitch spent a lot of time trying to transfer the information but my old phone couldn't automatically transfer. He was Great!! Mitch took the time and exhausted Everything to make sure my info was transferred-most of it having to be done one by one. Mitch was Very Patient, Knowledgeable and Curtious-A Great Representative. I'd give him a 10 if I could!!!
