I had a terrible experience. I walked in holding a small paper bag that contained my cash, waited in line, and then got greeted by Kayla Christian, who practically howled at me, "Excuse me, you can leave the food here!" Seriously? I was confused like really does she think anyone who enters the bank waits in line with a paper bag is delivering her food? And on top of that she was so clueless and unbelievably inexperienced; that she couldn't even figure out how to deposit a cashier's check.

Horrible service. The teller was fine but bankers in their cubes are utterly useless, unfriendly. Waited to be seen by them for ages as they walked around looking busy. Stick to other banks cuz this one is awful

We were there after 4 on Friday evening to open up a new bank account for my wife. Financial Advisor (Chase M) was very polite and able to help my wife to open up a new account. He was able to answer all of our questions very patiently and overall we were very happy with our visit to this location. Thanks again Chase for your help.

Inept staff. Lack of motivation perhaps salaries are low but no excuse for not caring about your customers. Get your staff trained please

The phone menu sucks.
