Not a customer they trespassed on my property running service to my house I didn't ask for. Made them come remove it an they had the attitude about it. Stay off my land seems like a simple request. An no this is not a easement deal. They were in the wrong then had attitude with me about it.
Update after wanting nothing but an apology an getting the run around. Derek Marier agreed to come out to the property I was going to show them home cameras that didn't support their techs claims. He says he showed up but didn't knock or call even though it was agreed upon meeting. When called on this disrespectful act Derek Marier told his supervisor I threatened to shoot him. This didn't happen but hypothetically if it did I can't understand why he didn't alert the authority??
The Summary is they trespassed, property damage, slander. I can't recommend to stay away from this company enough. Again I was never a customer wanted a simple explanation as to why with no notification I had a tech with a ladder against my bedroom window. They seem to think that was fine I'm going to agree to disagree . See you in court Derek Marier

I went in to turn in my cable, phone, and modem and switch just to Internet. We were told that our bill would be $84.99, we talked with the manager and he told us that our bill would be $84.99. We got our bill in the mail and it was $115.99. When we called they told us they told us they don't match the prices they have listed online. They did a bait and switch, they advertised internet for $84.99 and charged us more.

I have called and had to have my Wi-Fi reset multiple times. For the amount of money I am getting charged I should not have to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. Took about the six customer service person to finally tell me I have an issue which I figured I did and is sending somebody out to look it over.
