All the workers act like little cry babies when they have to do their job. I would put the name of the rude condescending manager if he had a name tag on like hes supposed to. If you need a solution to a problem just call the corporate number. Straight joke in that place. Had my phone for a year and the SIM card quit working so It needed replaced. I needed an authorized user to physically come in and say yes, hes on the account. Only solution to my problem apparently.

Did nothing to help me pointed to an ATM like machine in the corner and said there you go.
There were at least four people just sitting or standing around.
I just hope they wash their hands to get that stink off those fingers.

This is Tanya Smith Verizon is a good store to visit they're very helpful they are it's not busy I'm hardly ever they they're a bit pricey but they have good products they have good cell phone products they have good stuff for speakers and they're very knowledgeable and it's and and I've been with them since I've been with them for 11 years and they even help to blind as well and they even have stuff for like you know keyboards and stuff like that
