Erica Beyond exceeded my expectations, this beautiful lady took care of us and she waited with us for a full hour waiting on our phones to transfer everything and upload. And I highly recommend, so patient and friendly

Prices are high for upgrades and should be a lot lower for seniors especially for subpar service - wish we could get xfinity instead but they're not in our area
