image Terrible customer service! This is a poor management issue! I have been there several times and two employees sitting behind desks while customers flood through door and they do not take them by checked in name. If ordering phone/service, you can stand for great lengths of time while the employee sits! Unbelievably poor customer service! This can take 20-30 minutes or more! Where is the management, why is there not a host or someone navigating this chaos! These poor employees are taking the brunt of this s$&# show!

I also noticed service agent Denver working with unsatisfied cable customers. He was very patient with them and explained how to solve their issues as best as he could.

image Terrible service, the woman did not know what she was doing went I went to buy a new phone. She said it would take 20 minutes to upload date and transfer my phone information to the new phone. It was 45 minutes already and she said the new was not charged enough and that it was have to start over. i told i was on my lunch hour and had to go back. Then Denver (an associate) told me I could take it home and do it myself. I told them to forget and just give me my old phone back and refund my card they charged. They said they were going to charge me $50 for restocking fee. I told them I didnt even touch the new phone. Anyways 2 hours in the store and accomplished nothing.
