I was on a mission to find the final pieces of a costume that was needed within 5 days. This place went above and beyond to help me find what exactly was needed!! They even went as far as going in on a closed day to the store and opening it up for me to purchase what they had that I couldnt get elsewhere!! Definitely a 5+ * Thanks so much for everything! I will spread the word!!

Sue and the Paper Moon have been a pleasure to work with over the years! She just did a beautiful balloon arch, and she went the extra mile with delivery and set up on a Sunday! Thank you Sue for continuing to be such a wonderful, dependable Midland business!

The store is very dated. Against my better judgment, I made an appointment after my emails were unanswered. I walked in and they didn't have what I needed and the staff told me that I wouldn't find what I wanted anywhere else without even knowing what I wanted. They were no help to me at all and ruined any chance of me returning to the store for any future events.

Service with a smile. Offered to let us pick up our party supplies when they normally weren't open.
