After consulting with Mark on removing 3 trees in our front yard we were very happy with the quote received and looking forward to working with them. Initially we met on Wednesday September 20 and was told they would be out between Thursday and Saturday of that same week, great! Saturday afternoon came but no one showed. We called to follow up and Mark apologized and said they could not make it out BUT they would 100% be out there Monday morning. Monday afternoon we called to confirm they removed the trees and got no answer. Eventually we realized we were being ignored when they would not answer our phone calls but would answer when we called off a different number. After a WEEK of being ignored, several broken promises and NO trees removed we decided to take our business elsewhere. This company is completely unprofessional and clearly does not care about their customers and the promises they make. I highly advise people to take your business elsewhere so you are not left in the dark and promised a service you will NEVER receive.

Superb company here. I hired Macomb Tree Service a few months ago because my yard was turning into a forest. It looked crazy. They came and took care of it no problem. I finally got rid of the rain forest in my back yard haha

Super happy with the way that all of my trees look now that I had Macomb Tree Service to work on them. They work hard and didn't over charge me. Good company
