This company is honestly amazing. I have a Consumers plan that covers some of the appliances in my home. When things go sideways, Askar comes out... it gets fixed. Unfortunately, Consumers has sent out other companies that only want to upsell you additional services that are not needed. I appreciate most, the company's willingness to come out before they are schedule based on availability and severity. As a homeowner, when water is running everywhere, or your heat is out, you cant wait 3-5 days to have it fixed.
Firas and Matt are excellent. My wife spoke with a woman over the phone and I cannot provide her name but she was amazing as well. The service at this company is just spot on. Thank you for helping us out every time you have had to come to our home!
There is no other option if you need service. This is my go to place for everything moving forward.
