Horrible Customer Service. I'm making a complaint to the State of Michigan. Her staff told me that she's never in the office as well.

This lady is was horrible to deal with. They didn’t end my policy immediately after I switched to Progressive and AllState recognized that the policy ceased in March. 6 months later, I had to get the State of Michigan involved and initiate my own lawsuit against her. She also tried to defame my name by misrepresenting facts to AllState security. She has her home listed as her business with the state. I asked where she wanted me to send the summons. AllState security called me and stated Graves said it was threatening. Then I showed them where she publicly lists her address as her business. End result: my money back.
This lady does not operate her business properly. It shouldn’t take me filing a lawsuit or threatening to file a suit to get my money back.
