We have called them twice recently for damaged lines. They came out the same day and fixed them at a reasonable price.

Had them service my generic for the last few yrs decided to check the battery before winter. Cables were so corroded and battery covered in acid it was obvious that they hadnt served my battery in yrs so disappointed. Wont be calling them for service again!!!!

Bumped into Dave at a local hardware store. My husband and I were looking for a particular light bulb to be able to dim our living room lamp which is absurdly bright. Dave happened to be looking in the same area. He pointed out exactly what we were looking for and mentioned a dimmer switch to help with the problem. After leaving the aisle, he ended up finding what we would need to help with our issue. He found us an aisle or two down and brought it right to us.
Even though we aren't technically customers, the experience we did have with an employee of O.S.C was wonderful!
