Doug or Melissa weren't very interested in being helpful. I claimed to be new and 100% unfamiliar to purchasing a home and if something crucial wasn't mentioned, somehow they made it seem like im supposed to know everything they do. Unprofessional demeanor overall. I called Doug simply unprofessional for not guiding me better with something that had a deadline which I was entirely unaware of and then never seen him or heard from him again. Instead I was paired with an assistant that nearly tried crashing into me. I had to slam on my breaks. So be wary of their driving as well!
