      image Service was slow and unorganized. Waited 30+ minutes in a queue as next in line to transfer a phone line just to be told that we could have started the process on our own while we were waiting. Finished transferring the line then waited another almost 20 or so minutes waiting for someone to come back out and help us actually purchase and activate a new phone.

I've started to dread coming into Verizon and do it as little as possible, but Charles helped me add a new line and found all the ways to help make my account most efficient and cost-effective. I was so grateful for my incredible experience at this location.
