I contacted this company in June 2022 for a transcript request. The first response was that they needed to case number. This information was already provided in the initial contact, in the subject line! I didn’t hear back from them until August. I provided my payment method & shipping desires. It is now DECEMBER & they still haven’t responded or charged me. Unreliable!

Talked with Theresea herself. She told me 3 to 4 weeks out for pickup of courtroom transcript. She told me that I could look through the transcript for important information. Before purchasing it. Now. I must purchase it before review. She lies just like government when they know that viable information is within. And for what she has done to me. I believe that she has violated my freedom information acts right. She is within court documentation that will aid me in someones prosecution. Thanks Jackson county. Corrupt people being paid by taxpayers all the time.
