Conditions very bad... Pool and hot tub very unsatisfactory... green and freezing water... very dark and dirty... no working vending machines in lobby... stains on mattresses and sheets... water leaks all over the 2nd floor... haunted.. dark rooms very creepy... noises from the upstairs when no one is upstairs... boarded up very creepy rooms...

This hotel got worse years ago after it sold. It once had the best night club in Lansing called Roxy's. Now it's gone forever because of dirt bags.

Horrible! By far the worst hotel stay I have experienced. My boyfriend and I had reservations. We called ahead to make sure the room was ready, they said it was so we checked in. The bed wasnt made so we had to ask for them to make it. The housekeeper that came to make the bed proceeded to talk bad about her coworkers which was very un professional. There werent towels in the room. We had to ask for towels at least twice. There was no TV remote. The toilet was dirty. There were cigarette butts in the bathroom. Several lamps in the room did not work. There was a screw on the floor. They tried to charge us more for the room than what was quoted. We sat on the bed and it crashed to the floor. They moved us to the other jacuzzi suite they had. They claimed it was just as nice as the one we reserved. That was a joke. The room was pretty bad. The jacuzzi was very shallow. The phone did not work. They are proud to say they include a breakfast when you stay at the not so glorious Days Inn. We went to have breakfast and there was a waffle iron but the batter dispenser was disasembled all over the table. There was cereal with a broken dispenser. No milk or jiuce. You had bread, bagels, and coffee. There was a bathroom right in the "dining area". The flooring in the hall was ripped up and your shoes stuck to the adhesive that was left over from the carpeting. The general appearance of the hotel was disapointing. Its very run down. The owners clearly have no pride when it comes to this establishment. I will never be staying here again. A cheap roadside motel where hookers and bums reside would be a better stay. At least then you would get what you pay for.

OMG!!! This was inequivocally, the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. The room stunk, literally and figuratively, as did the entire building. They advertised a pool and a jacuzzi which the desk clerk told us the first night would be working by tomorrow. After two days, they still weren't working. The desk clerk then said it would be a month or more before the pool and jacuzzi were functional. Apparently , there were bodily fluid stains on the bed spread. Our bathroom smelled so strongly of pee that I could not take a shower in there. There was other people's hair on the floor. And what the heck did they wash the towels with? They were crusty and thin. I could hear the noises from other rooms like the walls weren't there. The breakfast was not edible. Why did we stay? It was graduation weekend. Our son was being awarded his PhD. and we could find no other place to stay in the vicinity. The stench of this place clung to our clothes making us feel like we needed to disinfect as soon as we got home. And we had had to pay, WAY TO MUCH, for this!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! ICK FACTOR!!!

They are supposed to be renovating this Hotel. I hope they put another night club in there like Roxy's & keep all the black trash away because that's what got that club shut down.
