      image Nice receptionist. Simple to sign up. Appreciate auto pay. Love that it's gated and you need an access code. My unit's door does not stay open, which is inconvenient when trying to move things in and out.They've been making upgrades to the parking lot (it kept flooding) which, I think, is the reason why they've increased my rent twice in less than 6 months. If it weren't for that, I'd give it another star. I chose them because of their affordablility, but the increases are making me want to reconsider.

      image She was so knowledgeable about the whole process of renting a storage unit... very professional. She even suggested to me what hours to avoid because of the extremely busy road in front of the facility.
