The office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have dental anxiety, they answered any questions that I had without getting annoyed lol. The root canal was under an hour for a rear molar. I had a great experience with this office, I will be returning in the future if I need another root canal.

This is the worse doctor I've ever went to. God knows I never talk down about establishments, I usually always find something good or nice to share about businesses, but this guy here, please people beware. He was the most roughest, insensitive, impatient doctor.

Front office was very pleasant. Dr. Shugars and his assistant, Christine, were very efficient. He is all business and completed the root canal in no time. I've had multiple root canals and this was by far the easiest.

This was my second root canal so I knew what to expect. This time I followed family's suggestions and went to Dr. Shugars. He's very to the point and business like. He's extremely fast and no nonsense. Last time I was so anxious the whole time but this root canal went too fast to get anxious!
