I have been a loyal member of the Kay Jewelry family for about 20 years. Kays is the perfect place to find beautiful & affordable quality jewelry. Erica, the manager at the Jackson location, is and has always been a pleasure to work with. Ericas exquisite knowledge and experience with jewelry sales is remarkable. When I shop with Erica she treats me like family very professional, patient, kind and considerate, good listener to the wants and wishes of the client, eager to help in any way needed by answering unlimited question with an awesome attitude and always flawless email & telephone communications concerning special events, up coming sales, repairs, orders or refunds. If you are in the area of Jackson MI I definitely recommend stopping by the Westwood Mall and ask for
Manager Erica you wont be disappointed you will be glad you did.

SHOULD HAVE WENT TO JARED!!!!Went into the store, purchased our weeding rings together. They ordered my fiancés ring, called us weeks later to come get it. 4...only 4 days later he noticed they had refunded him the money from his ring. I called and they said we had to repurchase the ring?! WHAT? We already paid for it. They told us they would hold it up to 10 months (which obviously we didn't need that much time, but we do love an hour away so a couple days was necessary) but we were lied to? We already paid for the ring and they put it back on the shelf!!! This place needs to work on communication with policies. We will never be returning to another Kay jeweler ever again. Thanks for making my wedding day more stressful than it needed to be!!!!
