Its so refreshing to come across a business that is true to their advertising and word! Classic carpet installed carpet for me in my entire upstairs bedroom areas, hallway and stairs, as well as, my living room on the main floor. I rarely leave reviews but am so thrilled with the service, quality and integrity of this family owned business I felt compelled to do so as they deserve to be recognized in an over-saturated market with reviews that are sometimes difficult to tell if theyre genuine. This review is genuine! Im an Interior Designer by trade and know all the problems that can occur and understand firsthand what matters most when choosing goods and services for a project. So, I was diligent in making sure I chose wisely for my own home. And, I was thrilled to come across this business and find that with every step of this process from the selection of carpets with Lisa and Katrinas patience and helpfulness (it was a fun experience all around) right down to the ease of the quoting process by Ted, the founder of the Company, through to the carpet installation by Russells team was an overall positive experience which is rare in the renovation industry. There even was an error made in calculating quantity which they honored and fixed at no cost to me. They made it right without causing me any stress! These things happen from time to time and its how they dealt with it that puts them a cut above and beyond all others. I was so impressed with how each person in the business handled their part and the entire process and how smooth it went and how reliable they were along the way. I absolutely love my new carpet! It changed the look and feel of my entire house and I couldnt be happier with Classic Carpet and my experience with them. I would highly recommend them over anyone else in the surrounding areas. You might think youre saving money by going with a big box business, but in the long run you cant beat dealing with a business that knows their craft, has integrity and is really just truly a small company filled with caring people who want you to be happy! Thank you Classic Carpet in Howell! Thanks for being a bright star during a 2 year long draining renovation process!!

Classic Carpet is a great place for carpeting. They are very helpful and wonderful to work with. This is the third time getting carpeting from them. One more room will be in the works soon!

The Classic Carpet and Floor covering staff were so friendly and helpful setting up my appointment and worked around my schedule. They were all professional and I couldnt be happier with the job they did stretching all my carpets. I highly recommend them.
