      image Kyle is great to work with, helped with some design decisions and super responsive. Our go to for high quality doors and windows

      image The lock/latch on our patio sliding door broke. It was stuck closed and wouldn't unlock. The previous owners had the info from TWC who had installed the door back in 1999. I called, and Tim from their service department was able to find the 21 year old original order, identify the lock type, and walk me through how to get it unlocked over the phone and remove the broken mechanism. It ended up being an easy $25 dollar replacement part that I was able to install myself. Without his expertise and help over the phone, I'd have had to pay a repairman to come out and look at it. It turned a stressful situation for a new homeowner into an easy fix. Very satisfied with their service department.
