      image My Mom bought a 2013 Silverado here a few years ago. Just brought it back in to get a few things done to it and they said "its not worth fixing" said they wouldn't take it back on trade and did nothing to help. They said the frame was too rusted but it's typical rust you get here in Michigan. Terrible service, thanks for nothing Tinney and crew.

      image The young woman at the write up in the Oil Change was great.
      The young woman at the regular Service writes up acted like she could care less about my problems with my Car and didnt know anything about Cars in general.
      Very poor customer service with her.
