I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks about my unit. Anytime we go to the office, it’s locked and nobody is there (even though it’s during posted office hours). I’ve now left SEVERAL phone messages and have not had a single response. I would highly discourage anyone from using this place.

Terrible customer service. That an entire week without somebody being at this location. Trying to upgrade the size of a unit no one answers calls or returns emails even on the corporate level. I was also supposed to be set up an automatic bill pay and they did not do that. So the first month they charged me an extra $50 in late fees. And I have still yet to get a call or an answer about it and it's been over a week.

Went there to pay for a unit, no one was there, so I called customer service number, no one answered. Bad business ☹️

I've been using U-Store for several years, and the staff has always been very professional, helpful, friendly, and understanding. I used to store my things in one of their indoor units, and moved to an outdoor unit because I needed more space. It was a very easy transition, and from experience I can say that both the indoor and outdoor units are quite clean, which gives me peace of mind. I recommend U-Store to anyone who needs extra storage!
