image I started working out with Alex, my trainer, last August. It has been over 6 months and I am loving the results on my body!! I am only going once a week but I believe many people go twice a week 20 minutes each visit. I was worried at first about my knees, they were giving my some problems which I assumed it was age related since I am in my mid 50's, Guess what???? After my first session I realized this was not hurting my knees and they actually felt better. I don't even think about my knees anymore. This work out machine is very safe and effective! I have lost 8lbs right now and have lost many inches in my chest, stomach and hips, the areas that needs it!(my stomach is going down, yea!) I gained several pounds at first because I was adding muscle but after a month I started losing weight only going 20 minutes, once a week!! I love that I can see my progress each week on the monitor in front of me as I work out. I am always asking Alex, "how did I do compared to last time". :-) I can not say enough about the QuickHit work out and my trainer! I am loving the new and improved me and am excited to see what the QuickHit workout has in store for me over the months to come!!

image QuickHit Fitness is truly a life changing experience. I’ve NEVER had muscle mass, and have always relied on cardio to drop extra pounds. This time I chose to work on developing strength and muscle with the hope of getting off the weight gain rollercoaster for good. This workout builds strong, lean muscle and makes you feel like you can take on the world. I give it 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement.. like having fees that are easier on the pocketbook?! It is expensive. But I’m learning quickly to skip the fancy bottle of bourbon to save for my workouts. 😉 DO IT. You won’t regret it.

image Tried QuickHIT out for the first time and oh man! I consider myself to be a strong person, normally lift weights 5-6 days a week so I was definitely skeptical. Jamie put me on the machine and it absolutely kicked my butt! What I thought was really cool was that anyone of any age or fitness level can benefit from QuickHIT! The machine meets you right where you are at and you get one on one personalized training every step of the way. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re 70 or 20! And the fact that it’s only a 20 min workout, who doesn’t have time for that two times a week?

image I was pretty skeptical hearing about a 20 minute work out being truly effective, but after going through the process with Jamie I'm impressed with the system. Not only did it seem effective while doing it, I'm still sore 2 days later so the machine is speaking for itself.
