We booked a room at this hotel for a flight out of Grand Rapids. Parking was going to cost $90, so we decided to find a hotel with airport shuttle. I asked at the time I made the reservation if the airport transport would be available to take us to the airport with a 6am airport arrival time. I was told that the hotel offered 24 service and when we returned we would just call the hotel to arrange transportation back. On the day we were to arrive, I called the hotel's direct number to inquire again how the shuttle service worked. I was told that the service is 7am to 10p., but if we required an earlier time the hotel would arrange a Uber. At check in the clerk added us to the calendar for a 5:45am airport transport and stated that the night shift clerk was one of their shuttle drivers and would take us. I also asked if there was a certain area to park my car and the response was anywhere in the parking lot. We have no complaints about the room. In the morning we went to the front desk and asked about the shuttle and were told by the front desk clerk that he felt too tired to drive us 6 minutes to the airport and that their shuttle service didn't start until 7am. I then mentioned that I was told they would arrange an Uber if they could not provide their shuttle service. The clerk VERY reluctantly ordered an Uber and told us what the expense would be to us. We went outside to wait for the Uber when the desk clerk walked uo to us and said they we had to pay a $20 parking fee or our car would be towed. After way too much frustration with this clerk. We chose to drive to the airport. The hotel cost $92 and now we have an added expense of $90 for parking at the airport. The clerk on the morning of our departure was rude and not helpful. He explained that th people that told us differently were wrong and didn't know the protocols. With this poor quality service this hotel will continue to receive poor reviews and lose business. I work in the service industry also and would never treated my most difficulty client with such ill respect.

We stayed at this hotel with proximity to airport. On a different site it showed good reviews so we booked. This place is absolutely disgusting. 118 dollars for somewhere when I couldnt even shower (didnt take photo of that). When me and the person staying here looked at the shower we refused to get in. The ceiling is crumbling and looks like there has been leaks. The molding is peeling up showing the wall falling apart at the floor and the bed is slanted at an angle. We had friends stay down the street pay 40 bucks more and it was a brand new hotel. This is absolutely not ok. Do not stay if you want cleanliness.

The phone in my room failed to connect front desk( my room was 229) and phone number in Google is wrong.
We stay two nights in here. One of the reason makes me increase the rate is the breakfast. Lots of options. I always love Comfort Inn's, breakfast.
But!!!! At the last night, two ladies beside our room had a strong and huge argument from 12:30am to 2am. Me and my friend couldn't sleep well.
So we tried to connect the front desk with the phone inside the room
But pressing zero doesn't work, any of the direct call doesn't work. So we try to contact the phone number in Google map. And it also doesn't work. Phone number in Google maps haven't been updated. Finally, we went to front desk at 2 AM in the morning and complained.
The man apologized to us, and contact the other room twice saying if they are keep making noise day, we will get kicked out from the hotel. I really appreciate his help. And those two ladies finally calm down after this call.
But still, I rated three stars to inform the hotel that they should really update the phone call system and phone number in Google maps.

My stay was terrible. I was checked in under the wrong name, given keys to a room that someone had already been and had keys to. Which the room wasn't the cleanest to begin with. I was asked to move rooms and then kept in that room with different keys. I had a 2 night reservation and because I was checked in under an incorrect name, front desk was knocking on my room door telling me to check out because it was never corrected. Then house keeping was trying to open the door. Our key was deactivated. My card had been charged for a different reservation on top of my own. When I called for a manager, I was promised a phone call all day and then they refused to allow me to speak to one about these charges. The woman who was doing my refund was very rude and condescending. Telling me incorrect things about my stay and giving incorrect card information. I said I had issues since I checked in and immediately cut me off to say she'd refund me and ended the call. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere.
Rooms: Rooms aren't very clean. Stains on a lot of things. Dust still all over.
