They work for the insurance industry and won't give you a broke down qoute that tells you all the steps that are taken to get a ring finished from start to finished product. It's always a about cost so they can collect the rest from the insurance company. Other jeweler gave us a step by step quoute. Very disappointed that this happens to paying customers.

David and Isabelle were awesome! Isabelle was amazing to work with on a daily basis. I'm out of state, so communication was really important. Isabelle responded quickly to all my inquiries, and she kept me informed through the entire process. She helped me secure the setting design I was looking for in our engagement ring while working with her suppliers to get me exactly what I needed. We visited quite a few stores in the area, but chose to work with this jeweler. They were immediately warm and welcoming to us, had great communication, and they worked with us on a few different occasions to narrow down the selection. They provide great service and have beautiful options for engagement rings. Deb was wonderful to work with and now I have my dream ring!
