Aim now Medbio ( A medical Manufacturing plastics plant) Clinton Township was a decent place to work, but the morale is truly sad now, They have the wrong people in management who don't have leadership skills or know how to do their job. Management shows favoritism to certain workers and shifts. Discrimination at its best! This company really doesn't care about skills only about you being a body there. Supervisors... they dont know what their doing or they smell like alcohol. Customers frequently send parts back for rework due to nonconforming issues. Good thing that they pay well, but I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. The new owners and corporations need to stop hiding behind the shadows and visit this corruption of a manufacturing plant soon.
