      image Checked in online and said 50 minute wait, once I got the 15 minute text to come inside I did. Waited 40 minutes inside before I just walked out with no haircut. I understand being short staffed but then your check in needs to be updated to reflect that. It's ridiculous and the one person working was rude, didn't care that people were checking in online then still having to wait another hour once receiving their "15 minute" text.
