If you want no answers, a lady who answers the phone and apparently her only job is to pass you along as quickly as possible so to other people who don't answer their phone or return you phone calls just so she can get off the phone, then Ottawa County Road Commision is the place to go. Ineptness at its finest. So glad my increasing tax dollars are spent on uselessness.

Would really love to know why you are consistently horrible about snow removal in the winter. 96 corridor in Kent and Muskegon will be fantastic and consistently the section through Ottawa county is barely taken care of. Do better.

PLEASE reset the smart light feature at 68th and Leonard Street. Gas prices are too high to sit and wait for no one. Everyone is happy with a smart light. It saves gas. BE A HERO!
