      image This company is an embarrassment. They can't even set up auto draft payments. Took 4 months, and it's still not sorted out. They charge you late fees for on time payments, not to mention that they'll charge you twice and then blame it on you. My agent told me if I swapped companies, my rates would go up significantly, but at this point, I would pay an extra several hundred per month just to never hear the word Frankenmuth again.
