BRIDES STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. Absolutely, HORRIBLE, service. Communication was not there. The website states all linens will be delivered "The linen is shipped via UPS and arrives 2-5 days prior to your event.", which has now been changed on the website to "1-3 days".
My chair bows did not arrive until the evening before and when they did they were incorrect. I ordered a bow and got a bandeau style bathing suit top. When I contacted the shop they did not seem to have any care. She claimed she already refunded me for the bows, but when I asked for confirmation, that is when the refund was processed. I also paid for 85 chair covers and only needed 70, which was the number shipped. She said she would refund the difference. Two days later, still no refunds.
The quality of the chair covers were horrible. I reached out to let her know many covers already had stains on them and some did not even fit the chairs. She claimed they were brand new linens.
Overall the service was horrible. And I would not recommend. It took an arm and a leg to find a proper place to leave a review and I can see why.

I don’t know what has happened to this company, but they have gone downhill. I have ordered before from them, but this time was horrible. First, I had to email them 2 days before my Mother’s birthday party to make sure the white stretch chair covers I ordered would be there because I hadn’t heard anything. On their website chat, someone named Alex did answer and said they were shipped and would arrive tomorrow which would have been 1 day before the party. Mind you, I ordered weeks in advance. The box came beat up, it looked like they used it over and over, and to top it off, they weren’t even the stretch white chair covers. I couldn’t use them. I thought they would send me a slip to send back. Nothing in the box and I emailed them and went on the chat on their website twice. No response. I mailed them today, paying $45 for shipping and a new box. This experience was horrible and I will never use your company again. EVER!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience using Simply Elegant Chair Covers to design our wedding linen design and would highly recommend them for any event. They were very flexible and easy to reach in a timely manner. They supplied quality linens. Shipping was easy. Changes were easy. They also have a wonderful selection. The customer service is very friendly.

I placed my order weeks ago. My event is in 2 days and I have yet to receive my linens. The website says you receive your items 3-5 days prior to the event, we’ll it’s two days until my event and still no tracking update. I have emailed 2 times and tried to “live chat” on their website and NO REPLY.
