I go to this one for all my postal services because living in Mott Park this is my closest post office being two blocks away but the powers that be have the residents of Mott Park and area go to the one on Pasadena across town. Our postmaster since 2017 just retired from and is missed but will also very happy with the new staff as well. Hardly ever long lines even around Christmas! Shhh don't tell or there will be long lines...lol

This was my first time shipping off anything at the post office. So like many of you guys youre first time is a little confusing because you arent exactly sure what to do, except tell the worker what you are trying to get done. Well Jay was amazing! He helped me search for the perfect size box to ship my clothes home. He was very helpful and nice! This was very refreshing because moments before I had just left the post office down the street because the worker there was awful!! She talked to me like I was dumb, with the worse attitude, and didnt AT ALL try to help me even after I told her I did not know what I was doing. Thank you Jay and god bless you!
