I have been using this company for years since 2005 and it has been great. Timely, courteous, inexpensive. Called for my yearly appointment and the phone was answered by a younger gentleman (used to be an older lady). Made the appointment for 2pm and they (2 younger males) showed up at my house at 11am saying, "I know we are early but we just finished a house down the street." My daughter calls me tells me at work telling me they are at the house. I said I am not home to pay you and I still had some furniture to move and they need to come back at the scheduled time. He says, ok. Do you mind if I give you the quote. He says it will be $250, up from the estimate of $159 he told me on the phone. The $159 is what I have been paying for years with them but I do understand inflation. I come home early from work and they were a no show at 2pm. Called the main line and the workers cell phone that he called me 3-times earlier that day informing me that he was at my house early. Well no answer to this phone either. I don't know what has happened to this business. I am guessing they sold it and now look at this service. Pitiful, don't waste your time or they will do it for you. Service: General carpet cleaning

They were timely and efficient, way faster than I expected. Our carpets turned out so great, the price was fair. I later learned they do furniture so I will add that next time. Excellent service!!

Consistently gets our white carpet immaculately clean! Looks like brand new carpet! Just amazing! (Our house is filled with kids and a dog so, despite all efforts, dirt travels from bottom of feet/socks and paws. Just glad Picheys does a perfect job.)
