This company is terrible my car was hit by one of their drivers and they should have given me money but they tried to cheat me and keep me from getting any money they are the worst and have no interest in helping people. State farm is better, Gecko is better. And NJM insurance is good. This is a Bootleg company and steals people's money horrible the worst thing to come out of Michigan since their water.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely a joke and not worth switching to even if your monthly payment is $200 more. Don't make the same mistake I did. Takes forever to reach a human to chat about your policy and their customer service is poor and their management is even worse. They cancelled my policy without me even knowing and caused me to have a lapse in coverage then wanted to quote my double the price to start my policy back up.

They PROMISED me lower rates after 6 months. No accidents violations tickets NOTHING and it went UP BY 50
THEY WAMT 300 A MOMTH AND THE OTHER QUOTES WERE 100 A MOMTH. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
