Received quote for repair. Four weeks later it still has not been submitted to insurance company. After several attempts to get responses i was finally told they could not find the pictures they took. Totally unprofessional with excuse after excuse. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Went in to get an estimate on a couple dents and was immediately greeted and helped. After taking a look, they told me they could probably do it conventionally, which would involving repainting and waiting a month for the paint to cure before I could have the spot wrapped again.
I was given a business card for paintless dent repair from a contact they knew, even at the expense of losing my business. Very genuine and friendly customer service. Will return for my non-paintless repair needs!
