Terrible customer service. Asked to receive my deposit back on my card after not going through with the offer and they insisted on sending me a check 2 weeks later, I still have not got my deposit and am being ignored by the recruiter Michael. I just dont understand why its so hard to give me back my deposit on the card i used. So many additional fees. $65/month parking, $15/month trash fee, $75 DTE, $50 internet, not including admin fee of 175, application fee of 50, couple more. Rent is super overpriced for the square ft that you get. 1710 a month for 621ft, gimme a freaking break. the view is obstructed by nearby buildings on both sides. the rooms with decent views are all 2k plus a month. Terrible deals and slow security outside. security got out and screamed at me when there card pass was not being recognized by the system. any friend that will visit you will have to pay parking. this place is a freaking joke.

Beautiful Grounds!
However, there was once a business center, there's no longer a business center...you can't even ask the leasing center to make a copy for you in a state of an emergency, just one page I needed printed...so far for luxury, they won't even help with the smallest things. He told my wife if he does it for her he would have to do it for everybody. Give ppl a break dude. Simple kindness is just out the window... SMH
Lower level parking structure, DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR DOWN THERE. Flooding can occur and they won't even notify you. Flooding is major here... example in tower 200 the lobby smells badly every other week due to flooding in the lobby. The rain comes in from the automatic door sensor. Doesn't seem like much can be done to correct issue
You have to come down and let your guest in. There's no investment in the sign in kiosk down stairs. It's broke and they won't even fix it. Yet we pay a lot monthly!
THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN OUTSIDE THE GATE FOR UBER/LYFTS/TAXIS! Times are changing and seems like the property owners aren't noticing what's needed the most.
River walk connection is NOT OPEN AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE OPEN THIS SUMMER. Still no communication on what's going on. It would be good to be updated on why and when will happen/logistics

Update 08/2/2021:
They wanted to be a luxury community but focused more on no maintenance and killed luxury.
The original builders spared no expense and highest quality.
The riverfront used to be designed as a park.
GONE:
... is the beautiful aggregate riverwalk that glistened at night. The stones were natural along the waterfront. Replaced with black concrete.
...are the bricked walkways and entrances to towers. Replaced with black concrete.
...are our coal BBQs. Replaced with only 2 in the courtyard that we now have to call and reserve in 1 hour increments in the sun. Our BBQs were on the ends in the shade with picnic tables. We pitched in our private ones which now looks like a trailer park. The condo side still has 2.
..are the traditional wood park benches..replaced with steel.Bring your cushion on hot days. They are small.
...are the stone covered walkways and 250 roofs..replaced with puddles and stains
...are the green foliage bushes in the walkways which took out the toxins and gave oxygen- replaced with emptiness .
...is the garage rooftop running track with 4 corner workout stations - replaced with nothing.
...fall colors with the burning bush fire hedges. These also used to be the privacy bushes in the courtyard and around the building but striking in the fall. Roses gone.
...is the restaurant. Once full of music, food and cocktails watching freighters go by and the lights of Windsor, kareoke night that was a motown musical.Patrons chased out by paid parking $10, no access by people mover .replaced by nothing. Towers ripped out what was there, raised the rent so no one can afford to set up nor maintain a business.
...are the shade trees we used to sit under
...are the lounge chairs in the courtyard we used to sunbathe and read. Wicker cushioned chairs.
...are the lighted fence along the river. Just a steel one instead on the brown lit.
...is the heated pool. Ice cold everytime we have been to it.
...is the therapeutic hot tub. Its just a bath tub with weak jets that kids can stay in for hours and breeding ground for bacteria. Not beneficial after a workout. Needs a higher horsepower and MIN 104 degrees for sore muscles!
...are the poolside lounge chair with tropical cushions replaced with uncomfortable mesh.
...is the poolside dockbox that held our water workout weights, kickboards, fins and noodles.
...no more shower soap
Positive:
STORE: Wonderful. Should be in the leasing area.
AMP precents them from giving us ice machines.
-Pool area and spa has been totally redone. .
-Marina done. I called and they want $3300 for the smallest slip. Overpriced for non full service?
-The new security team is friendlier.
- permanent stainless round picnic tables but only sit 4.
CONS:
RESTAURANT: I met and saw plans for a superb restaurant. AMP refused to work with them. It remains empty.
PARKING-You pay an so do your friends and family..its $65/mo/car.
Friends: $2/hr to $10 max. No visitors for you! If your significant other stays the weekend..$40. Relationship killer. Not only that..it can be a clusterF$!# getting out especially if someone picks the wrong side that doesnt take cash!
People pay in town because they dont own the parking. This place DOES which is why its a crime.
CRIME: There are car breakins.Refusal to put cameras in the garage. Bottom level floods.
PET? $35 Monthly Pet Rent $25/mo for the second •$300 per pet initially...um..
.COMMON AREAS:
Wish list:
-Negotiate a bus stop on Jefferson.
- Covered "transit center" by gate for Uber and Lyft. Charging stations for scooters. Many of us use these for work and soon the riverwalk
-Retail in leasing office or switch space with store.
-Call box to guard house from people mover so friends can visit.
-FOB entrance from gate of Jefferson.
-Purchase pool furniture that is tropical
-The restaurant space should be a yacht club because it can only cater to the towers.
-Boat storage.
-Cameras on each parking deck would be helpful.
-Security guards at the front door of each tower as a doorman would be luxury.
-lounge chairs back in courtyard

Terrible. The lobby always floods, even with just minimal rain, there are always stains on the carpet in the hallway, the front door has been broken and left open, leasing 'relations' is terrible and rude. They do not answer emails. They go in your apartment without a heads up and your consent. They auto enroll you in a program that they are already requiring you to have on your own for insurance (or will fine you $65 every month if you don't) . If you have unlimited funds and are cool with them charging you for random things, then you might like it. Or if you like construction noise all day starting at 7am. Pre covid was of course slightly better since you could use the people mover to get downtown. The Riverfront market and the view are the only 2 redeeming characters about that place. Truly a shame for the residents who have lived there for 20+ years; they are all wonderful. Save yourself the trouble.
