I honestly have the best primary doctor in the world so the 2 stars are not for her they are for the nurse practitioners that work at this facility mainly in emergency 2 in fast track African lady and younger white guy late 30s early 40s, one in regular emergency white guy late 30s early 40s might be the same guy and one African American lady in urology they literally treat you like dirt everything you say is a lie or up for debate when asked to speak to a real doctor about ur health concerns because I know there wrong they leave the room and say they spoke with him and they agreed with them like hes to important to speak to me himself I usually end up leaving and going to a civil hospital.

Had a blood draw today and their new equipment makes it so fast. The wait was not bad.

I am honestly appalled of the lack of communication with the mental health system that is here.it is common for someone who has mental health not to say or realize what is going on and triggers and the nurse today would not listen to anything I had to say so I am very disappointed in the VA I have had serious issues and they never cared and stopped me from telling what is really going on so if anything happens to my father who is dealing with a lot mentally it is on them for neglecting do their job.

The fitness center is top notch, but some of the employees have become insensitive to the care for veterans. When TRUMP was president, this place was actually professional but now it just seems like a gossip hall full of grumpy and tired old ladies.
