ONSTAR... This review is about that. 5 star when it works. We have owned our new truck for 18 months and ONSTAR loses our truck connection once or twice per month since new. We have to do this long call to get reconnected. They promise to finally fix it all the time but just lying over and over because it has always been unreliable. Do NOT buy it until they fix the bugs.

The customer service is horrible and they DO NOT CARE about fixing problems. My car is stopped in the middle of road now because they want me to wait for weeks on someone to call, btw who never has. I will never buy another vehicle that has anything to do with GM. FORD was more willing to try to help me and I never had a FORD before Now is a great time to see what the hype is about since Ive been waiting to get a full size pickup and the holidays are here. Dont make the mistake of purchasing any GM vehicle.
