Kathy is a true professional and an absolute Saint. I am high anxiety with a low pain tolerance and she got me through my laser hair removal treatment without feeling too embarrassed at the end - due to my nervous/anxious behavior (think Steve Carell in 40 Year Old Virgin ). Two great experiences. Came here a few weeks ago after moving to the area and needing to find a new med spa. The prices are amazing and affordable for permanent results. I came here for capillary removal on my face. I knew capillaries can be stubborn and they said if I had any return I could get a complimentary touch up. I came back and got my touch up today as well as an IPL photofacial for my first time. I loved it and I cant wait to come back for another photofacial. It was quick and painless, out in 15 minutes. My skin already looks amazing and I just had it done today. I dont usually leave reviews but this place really deserved one
