Always nice and patient when I come in but this problem they caused will not go away. Ive been charged for services I havent received for 3yrs!
I came in multiple times and no one can make the payments stop and they cant refund me for the $1080 thats been automatically taken from my account over many months of trying to fix this issue.
They just blame AT&T provider and say we are not AT&T we are just a retail store.
The Att customer Sevice points their finger at the retail store and the store right back.
Sorry Argus its been a long run. Im out!

Crooks and thieves!
3yrs of trying to fix a basic issue. I was being charged for cellular data on an iPad that never had cellular data access.
I called at least 23 time to fix issue and get refunded for the services I never used and only got $232 credit towards one bill. That is less than one quarter of what they stole from my bank account.
$1080 in fraudulent charges and hours of my life just gone!
Avoid these thieves at all cost!

I wish I could give no stars. This location called and sold cable over the phone all for $100 max. I regret the day Jocelyn called my phone I should have hung up. My bill is constantly wrong I have to call literally every single month. After 7 months of consistent inaccurate billing, management does not fix the problem. They will address the issue for that particular period and the same thing happens the next month. Today Kourtney, a managertold me to call corporate billing whom always doesnt know whats going on and give me the run around. I guess she tired of hear me complain - Im tired of hearing her voice as well trust !!! This location sold me this service be accountable and fix it!!! Management and staff slick likes to get snippy as if they irritated like I dont have to call them EVERY MONTH trust me you cant begin to understand irritation. Newsflash if yall could do yall job yall wouldnt hear from me. Ima paying customer this isnt a favor! I feel rage every time my bill come which is ridiculous. Do better stand by what you sell - as a human being trust that energy you sending out will come back. And the actual service sucks; my internet is slow, on demand never works but Im not gonna call At&T cause they will just charge me even more money next month somehow. I should not have to feel like this! Im praying for the day I can and be done with AT&T and move without any serious altercations. Worst customer service EVER!
