Working hours are not correct Waste of time

I decided to bring my truck here instead of my usual shop since it's closer to my house and their good reviews. The dad and daughter were very nice when I dropped my truck off, but when I came back to check on the progress, I walked in the office and said," hi how are you?" The guy with the longer grey hair looked at me as if I were selling encyclopedias and replied, "how can I help you?"
The repairs were made to satisfaction except it still has the sluggish starting issue and it took almost 2 weeks with very little communication to diagnose the 5th wheel, replace 4 batteries, 2 king pins, left and right shocks and a starter switch. I think if I didn't go and tell them I needed my truck back, it might have been longer.
I did end up driving the truck back to their shop from Indiana the next day because the electrical components went haywire due to replacing the batteries all at once causing the truck to randomly die in traffic wich they did not anticipate but were quick to work on resolving the issue once I arrived.
