Never get through to who you need to talk to. I have been gone from Association for 8 months and continue to receive billings I have no intention to pay.

If only I could not give any stars. This management company is TERRIBLE. We pay $400 A MONTH in association fees and their responsibilities are the water bill, lawn care, and snow removal and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. THE SNOW NEVER GETS DONE!! It's LITERALLY just OUR walkway. I have to call and complain every time! And it still doesn't get done until very late in the afternoon. WHAT AM I PAYING THAT RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR?!?!?! I have 2 small children, one of which I still have to carry to the car and one of these days I'm going to fall because it's not done! We've been here almost 5 years and it's the same old thing and they never do anything about it. It's almost worth putting us in financial despair just to get out of this ******* place!
