The first time I visited the receptionist was extremely rude and told me I did t k ow how my insurance worked. But I liked Dr. Dearing so much that I have them another try. He again exceeded my expectations and the receptionists (different people this time) were very cordial.

I have been going to this location for the past couple years and have always had an amazing experience from the doctor to all the staff. They are all very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

The workers don't seem to be very knowledgeable.
They generally try to be helpful, but when it comes to be important things, they are not very forward with it. Definitely only nice when it's convenient.
They told me the eyemap is free and it only costs money to keep the eye map on file. My husband went it and they didn't tell them they changed the policy and said it was what he signed.
Either they told me wrong or they should have informed customers of a major billing change verbally.
He got a pair of glasses that the insurance covered. He used his normal pair that he'd been using and when he needed to use the new ones, they were not suited to his vision at all.
He didn't get used to them. They only give 30 days to exchange though most others give 90 days.
They insisted on the 40$ refractory fee. We can't afford that. We asked to see if they could waive it or what they could do, but they wouldn't. The manager didn't give it a second thought.
They claim his vision might have changed after 30 days, but after years he's only wanted a minor adjustment in his rx. His vision is largely stable. They don't care.
These people do not care to help you, only to get as much money as possible from you.
Do yourself the favor and don't go here.
