When I first got here the building was under renovation which isnt a problem its great that they want to make a better place. But we got the king suite which they call the pent house. We got to the room there was dirty dishes in the sink and the hot tub was full of soap scum and dead skin I cleaned the room no problem. Then the first day after check in they didnt come in the room to change trashes or switch out towels no problem I went down stairs for a new set witch was a problem when no one is to be found. Waited twenty minutes yo only get two towel and one trash bag even tho I asked for several. Second day after checking in same thing happens so I call front desk from the room phone it dont work. So I call again to ask if house keeping doesnt go in rooms and switch towel and change trashes she replies housekeep has left for the day. Ok cool but do they not change room trashes or towels while here? She said I need to request that they do it. I request that I get trash bags and new towels this is such a disappointment. The pool is over chlorinated to the point its cloudy and burns the skin. This is such a great location for why we booked this stay for my boyfriends out of town job and the awesome park up the road. But the service and stay was horrible.

The room is great, awesome service, super clean room and pool area! I am absolutely happy after a bad experience from a different hotel in the area. Also very thankful for Ashley!! She was awesome with my 5 year old at the desk and was extremely helpful! All in all I highly recommend staying here!

found bed bugs and front desk basically laughed. then proceeded to tell me its not the hotels fault theres bed bugs. Left without even being given a refund. Going back today for my refund this is disgusting!! window wouldnt close all the way, duct tape on the ac unit, dust and hair everywhere but we overlooked it until the bed bugs. Never staying here again.

A female employee was just MURDERED at the front desk. Thats insane. I feel horrible for the woman and her family, but this place has always had problems with employee drama.
