Located in a historical structure, the people in there are very nice and friendly and easy to work with.

My wife had ordered me a birthday present from Ebay. She made a mistake and didn't double check the shipping address and used her old one. This was the same day we had our first ultrasound for our baby so we were in a hurry to intercept the package before it went to the wrong house. We stopped by Cadillac USPS (11/29/23) to see what we could do(right down the road from the doctors) and a lady had helped us.. she pointed out that we lived in Leroy but we were in Cadillac. Wrote down our information and said she would give us a call if there was any issues.
Today, the package has been shipped out. I hope it was a honest mistake, but we had to call another usps in a different city to stop the package ourselves. I am very disappointed with this experience and I will have to drive an hour away to go get the package now.

Absolutely garbage service. I can't tell you how many time they have refused to deliver a package and it just gets sent back. Beware. Definitely ship your packages ups or FedEx don't trust them with you stuff. Refund the postal service it's a joke. They can't do their job.
