Where do I start...I haven't had the experience receiving business from this company but from meeting the people working there and seeing their product, I'm sure they do a good job. I CAME to THEM with a strong will to work for them. Interview went well and they seemed like decent people. I was supposed to start on a Monday with unpredictable circumstances that were "pre-mentioned", Specifically during the interview and due to a little bit of bad luck on my part I wasn't able to start on the Monday that I had written down. I am very upset with the owner that didn't show any concern/care for someone taking the initiative as much as they possibly could in that situation to inform the boss of my predicament! Living in a world full of people that actually don't want to work-there was me trying to inform the boss of the unfortunate events that took place in which resulted in me trying to just push the start date to a Tuesday. From calling HOURS before the shift starts and a follow up message after that and even driving there in person during the scheduled time a crew member is to arrive was what I did and what I thought would be enough effort to receive an "Understanding", Instead! He decided that he didn't feel right about it. And there you have it, NO WONDER YOUR PAST EMPLOYEES NO CALLED, NO SHOWED! Because showing any concern these days really doesn't F! Matter.....

Our expectations were far exceeded with the addition of our porch on an existing deck. Apparently the erectors were faced with many challenges including unevenness, gap holes etc. They used their expertise to overcome and we now have a showplace that all of our neighbors are wanting to have!

Stopped into the showroom to do business. Wanted to buy and have a door wall and a storm door installed. Left our name, address and phone number. We were told that we would get a call for an estimate within a week. No call! Its been over 4 weeks.... guess this place isn't hurting for business.

I am a disabled woman. I was asking for a quote on siding for my little home. The wood is rotting out and I told them that I was going to get help though a community action agency. She said she would call me back all the sudden. Calls me back and tells me that they cant do anyting till march of next year. I said that would be ok. Then she said they cant do it. She was sorry.. I guess because it's not something they are not willing to help the less fortunate with or want to be associated with.. very sad.
