I have enjoyed my RDI Condo/Home. Their great attention to detail concerning the nuances of my disability lifestyle were impeccable. I'm excited to work with them again as my disability needs have changed.

So, I'm reviewing another home construction company (maybe this will be my jam) because I hate to have friends and family lied to and deceived. I typically only leave positive reviews, but hey! Some people deserve the truth. BEWARE and stay far away. After learning more about this company, my aunt isn't the first one who is getting the shaft from them. She hired RDI and at first was happy with them. Before the project started they were very communicative. BUT, once she closed and they had her money, her emails and phone calls never got returned. When things weren't done right, they argued with her and said they were fine, they refused to fix anything and she had to hire another contractor to make it right. I don't understand how all of these companies can get away with such dishonest practices :(

I would never recommend RDI to anyone looking to build a home. The lack of communication paired with a condescending tone during the entire process is one reason. Another reason, is I feel as though they were trying to cut corners and hide things the entire time. The quality of construction is no different than the dozens of other builder's in town. Customer service does not exist and they don't have a service-based mentality. Good luck if you choose to build with them. We plan to list our home and build with a different company.
