How do you get a hold of anyone at this place of business??? When you call the number on the website, you get a recording explaining the current situation and there is no way to get to a live person. It also states that you can email and they will respond to all emails within 2 days. I have sent 2 emails with no response and it has been ALOT longer (months) than 2 days.

Been three months since I ordered and got the corona run around. Asked for refund and now nothing. How can this so called company be allowed to continue business...steer clear and order from a reputable seller

I ordered products from this company over 1 year ago. I was very understanding about delays due to COVID. I set myself a reminder to follow-up every so often. Over 1 year later, no one answers the phone, you can't leave a message, and their phone system says they will respond to emails within 2 days. Well....I have over a years worth of correspondence to prove otherwise. My account was charged back in May 2020 from products I have yet to receive. Now it is like the company has fallen off the face of the earth and I can't get my money back. What a crock!

Placed an order in May 2020. Money was even pulled from account. Still have not received the item. They told me it was delayed due to covid, but as soon as I asked about a refund, no more response! Frustrating. I plan to take a ride to the store and get things settled! But it's a 4 hour ride 🙄.
