      image Same company last 30 years. Steadily declining. Friday (7/8) had appointment 'between noon and 3pm'. I sat here for three hours waiting. Called & was told that the guy was here at 9:20 a.m. but no one was here so he left. REALLY??? Manager supposed to call me today. 3:00 p.m., no cal. I called Ace: he's gone for the day. Same woman who took my concern to mgr. So here's a situation: no one knows, no one cares. STAY CLEAR of this company. The alarm has gone down TWICE within a year and guess what? It REQUIRES a tech to come here ($150 last time) as it can't be done by the consumer.
      Isn't THAT convenient? Looking for another provider.
