Called months in advance for a handicap room with two beds and a roll in shower because I am in a wheelchair. Spoke to three different people to be sure I was getting what I needed. There were three of us, so needed two beds. Got there, went to the room, couldn't get to the shower which was a step in, there were no handrails for the toilet and it was a very tight room, hard to navigate. Went back to the desk, explained it wouldn't work, sent us to a suite with more room but same bathroom situation and the toilet was low. Went back to the desk, again explaining the situation. They said I could use the pool locker room shower. It also had a step in. I am in a wheelchair, another person had a broken heal and was on crutches, the driver was recovering from a knee injury. The only roll in room with handrails was a single king-size bed. They offered a folding bed. It stuck out so far I couldn't get to the other bed. Had to place the mattress on the floor and part way under the bed to make it work. Found out we would have been charged extra for the suite. The bed was so high I nearly fell between it and my chair. I am told the hotel is ADA compliant. I guess, for deaf and blind folks. Very, very hurt and disappointed. I am a member too! Maybe not after this experience.

I only stayed 2 nights, thankfully. The window in my room seemed like the latch was broken, so there was a lot of road noise. They need to perform a more detailed cleaning, after arriving and walking around in the room barefoot my babys feet were BLACK. We asked for the floor to be cleaned but they didnt, only offered last minute the night before we were leaving. It doesnt look like they cleaned the bathroom very well either, the shower could use more attention. Im pretty disappointed with cleanliness considering how much I paid for 2 nights. The extra bedding for the pull out couch was filthy, it had food all over it, lipstick smeared on the sheet and the blanket looked like someone peed on it as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. Thankfully they did replace those in a timely manner. Another thing that bothered me is that they have complimentary Dove products, but as someone who uses Dove religiously I know for a fact that body lotion was not the same lotion as labeled. How do I just trust whats in that bottle? Funny that they leave a cute little card that says tip your housekeeper! Yeah well heres your tip: clean EVERYTHING, THOROUGHLY. The breakfast was delicious though so that alone earned the second star. I will make sure to avoid this particular location for my next stay in this area.

Floors in bedroom & bathroom were filthy. Nobdy mopped prior to our stay. Staff at fron desk lacked interest. They barely engage. No staff ever smiled. The cleaning staff were rude. The women doing breakfast was rude. Pool area dirty. Not impressed at all. I knocked on a hotel door thinking my friends were there and the cleaning staff speaking loud and brash said, "Can I help you with something, I just came out of there".
Staff here are awful!
Rooms: When we asked for room cleaning all they did was take trash and replace towels. Counters were not wiped nor floors cleaned. Cleaning staff & other staff are very rude & unfriendly. They literally speak sarcastic and abusive. I didn't feel welcomed.

So far the room and the front desk have been a good experience. The location is OK. I'll let you know how the pool and hottub are and rest of the 5 day stay.
