We had a flooded basement due to a power outage. Our base was fully finished with carpeting. Steve was in constant contact with us during the process to make sure that we were satisfied with the progress and quality of their work. Tim and the rest of the workers were very professional. They replaced dry wall areas & baseboards, and repainted the walls. They put down new vinal plank flooring as we decided not to recarpet the area. We will highly recommend Servpro to anyone that should need their services!!!! Services: Painting, Mould removal, Deep clean, Flooring

Adam and his team are outstanding! We've had serious water issues at least 4 times - some of them extensive. Not only is Adam incredibly professional (prompt, organized), but he also knows the insurance industry really well so can help figure out that puzzle with homeowners. His project managers (Steve in particular) are also on top of everything and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for clean up and reconstruction. We were very pleased with the service we received;. The crew was very accommodating and very professional and very friendly. When they weren't able to make it out they always contacted us in advance. They also completed the job in a short time comparing with other contractors. I would recommend them to anyone who has a house repair job with a insurance company. They also removed the furniture from the basement and rooms. They didn't have many jobs at the same time as ours which would have taken them longer to complete. This company is horrible. They were eager to do my small ceiling replacement job in between the storms this summer and were scheduled to come out on 8/19. They went so far as to tell me that I may have mold in my ceiling so they would bring a mold scrubber.
The day before they were scheduled to come out they called to tell me that “my ceiling didn’t need to be replaced” (pieces of my ceiling were hanging down due to water damage yet they were telling me it didn’t need to be replaced) and I would be better off just finding a drywall company to do the work. I had been trying to find drywall companies prior to contacting them but no one would take the job because of the mold risk. I explained this to them and said that their representative had thought the same. They told me that my ceiling was dry and they bring a mold scrubber to every job.
There had been a very major storm the week before and many people had flooding again so if I’m reading between the lines, they were willing to do my job when they didn’t have other work to do but as soon as they could make more money on someone else’s job they left me high and dry. The woman who called me said she would check with another company for me and see if they could help me out but of course it’s been 3 weeks and she hasn’t called back. Also; I explained that I had cleared the entire room in preparation for them to come and her response was “well I guess you can move your furniture back.” Horrible, horrible customer service and zero compassion.
